Its hard for Lars and I to imagine life without Bjorn.  He’s added so many complexities to our life, but in the same sense, he’s made it crystal clear where our priorities are in this crazy world.  And tomorrow he’s six months old–we’ve all made it to the six months mark for better or for worse (mostly better), and this kid just continues to amaze, humble and endear us.  Its impossible not to love him with everything we’ve got.  We give in, Bjorn.  You’ve got us wrapped around your chubby little pinky finger.

Flashback: Bjorn in August 2009

Bjorn and entertains the idea of becoming a zookeeper. Too bad he appears to have killed the penguin and he mainly just eats the elephant. Also, that donkey looks like its got a drug problem.

Making sure he knows how to appreciate the finer things in life. Like chips and salsa (not pictured). We realized not to long after taking this photo that he is a grabber and we put him right next to the knives. Cheers to making it through the next six months!

Tomorrow we celebrate his half birthday by flying to Boston to meet Gracie!  So excited to see everyone on this trip, which also includes a sojourn from Ginny & Co.  Woohoohoo!   After this trip, Bjorn will have been to all the four corners of the United States.  We are kind of fudging it on “the south”…Arkansas counts as the SE, right?
