And you are just too kind about my baking problem. And a problem it is. However, I have heard from people who are good cooks, but not good bakers (I have the reverse problem) that the issue is in the measurement or in whether or not the baking soda/powder are fresh. I think, though, that the real solution is that we need to make blondies together, which means we need to be in the same place. Sigh. Let's make baking an activity next time we're together.
